"After building a Goetzmann home in Wolf Ranch, a change in jobs necessitated a move closer to Denver. Luckily, Goetzmann Homes was building in Jackson Creek and we were able to "customize" the second build to EVERY detail.

The whole process from contract all to way to closing was very detailed. We found the whole process efficient, effective, but painless.
