Goetzmann Homes offers attractive, comfortable, and affordable homes to those who currently live with mobility challenges or foresee future challenges.  These handicapped accessible homes are built barrier free (no steps) and can accommodate ADA recommended accessibility guidelines regarding clearances, heights, products, fixtures and materials.

These homes offer consumers the opportunity to "age in place," remaining independent while enjoying a good quality of life.

Prices of these homes vary by location and by the degree of accommodation requested.  See on our Jackson Creek, Wolf Ranch, and Flying Horse product line for price ranges.  Handicap accessible homes do cost slightly more to build but are not cost prohibitive.
